At RDestiny EMD Capital, we provide Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) funding to help investors secure deals without tying up their own cash. Unlike a loan, we partner with you —we fund the EMD in exchange for a fixed return at closing, not a percentage of your total profit.
You Submit the Deal - There is a $500 Non-Refundable Processing Fee – This covers our transaction team’s work to set up the deal.
When the deal closes - this $500 is credited toward your repayment.
We Fund the EMD – You get the cash needed to secure the contract.
At Closing, You Repay – The original EMD amount minus the $500 fee already paid. Your profit stays yours—we never take a cut of your wholesaling fee or resale profits.
